Richard has over 25 years experience in fundraising – the last 15 specialising in legacies. He has held over 1300 legacy focus groups for over 400 charities and met around 13,500 supporters to ask their views on Will making and legacy giving. He advises a massive range of charities on legacy strategies and has trained thousands of fundraisers and volunteers in “How to make the legacy ask”. He has been chair of the International Fundraising Congress and UK Fundraising Convention.” And he has researched extensively donor happiness!
