Colin and Jo are building from the ground up at Glasgow Caledonian University, but the remit is to build a culture that lasts. What does that mean and what are they doing to build this long-lasting culture of growth? The session will also draw on Colin’s long experience of working with all kinds of fundraising organisations over the past twenty years or more to consider the issues around building broad-based cultures, resources and activities that facilitate future success. Drawing on this experience and data from North America and Europe, this session will explore some of the key issues that we as fundraisers must promote within our charities and consider every single day if we are to develop robust, growing programmes. Be ready to engage, challenge and think about your own priorities
