Lucy has been a fundraiser for 10 years for a range of causes; from a lone fundraising, communications and marketing function in a small organisation to part of specialist teams in larger organisations. She was Fundraising Innovation Manager at the NSPCC from 07-09, responsible for delivering an innovation fundraising strategy. Lucy is currently Innovation Manager in the NSPCCs Child Protection Team responsible for developing and delivering pilot projects to ensure delivery of world-class products to organisations working with children. Lucy blogs for fundraising innovation website sofii.org and speaks at conferences about innovation both in the UK and overseas.
