Biography:
Peter is the Managing Director of CFM Consulting Limited and has been working as an executive coach for the past eight years, in the arena of corporate coaching for the past twelve years and in the field of development and consultancy for the past 18 years.
He is the author of “Concepts of Coaching” published by the Institute of Leadership & Management.
He has developed seven UK Coaching Qualifications at various levels with both The University of Strathclyde and The Institute of Leadership & Management. He is a visiting speaker at The University of Edinburgh Management School on their MBA programme and a teaching Practitioner at the University of Strathclyde Business School on their postgraduate certificate in Coaching. He is also a qualified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and his Current research involves the relationship to the brain in the field of coaching and learning.
