Jonathan Farnhill

Biography:
Jonathan Farnhill is Chief Executive of the Exeter Royal Academy for Deaf Education. From 2002-2006 he was the South West Regional Chair of the Institute of Fundraising. From 1998 – 2004 he was the Director of Funding for St Luke’s Hospice in Plymouth. Whilst at the hospice his ‘Thanks a Million’ campaign won the Institute of Public Relations Gold award for best Community PR campaign in the country. He is a regular speaker and trainer and also visiting lecturer at University College Plymouth. His first book – “The Porcupine Principle (and other fundraising secrets)” - was published by the Directory of Social Change last year. Web: www.farnhill.org.uk
