Biography:
Morag Fleming is Head of Supporter Relations at Quarriers, one of Scotland's largest social care charities. She is responsible for the development of the individual giving programme, and has been practicing face-to-face fundraising for ten years. Morag has been on the Executive Board of the PFRA for several years and has worked with Rupert Tappin on the Donor Attrition and Retention Survey for the past 4 years. This year the survey has been run in Spain as well as in the UK and is used internationally as a benchmark for the development of F2F fundraising.
