Biography:
Kevin Kibble is Chief Executive at The Caspari Foundation, a charity providing educational psychotherapy for children & young people who need help to overcome emotional barriers to learning & development. With over 30 years’ experience in management, communications and marketing, 14 of which have been in fundraising and the voluntary sector, Kevin is passionate about raising money from individuals. With special strategic interests in organisational development, in memoriam, tribute, legacies, donor motivations, online and new media, Kevin is a regular presenter at conferences where strategic management and individual giving are important elements. Kevin is also an executive coach and mentor with team and individual performance his major interests, and also has the misfortune of being a long-standing member of Saracens Rugby Football Club.
