Biography:
Penelope Blackwell has been Director of Fundraising for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland since July 2007 moving internally from the role of Supporter Fundraising Manager. She started fundraising in 2002 as a solo fundraiser at Jersey Hospice Care, after a variety of roles in the private sector. She holds the Certificate in Fundraising Management and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh.
