Biography:

Duncan Wallace does organisational facilitation, mentoring, coaching and consultancy. He mainly works with voluntary organisations and faith based initiatives. Duncan’s passion comes from years of working amongst homeless people through different organisations and communities. As a volunteer Duncan initiated the setting up of Scotland first Emmaus Community www.emmausglasgow.org.uk. This is a social enterprise community of homeless people and involved raising £2.5million to set up. Duncan’s interest in organisations stems from studying human dynamics, firstly as a counsellor, then through a Diploma in Organisational Consultancy and Facilitation and now through working with the Grubb Institute and membership of the Organisation for Promoting Understanding of Society www.opus.org.uk

As facilitation Duncan does Board Development, Social Enterprise re-design, Organisational Reviews, Evaluation Development, Team Building and Action Research. He does range of management and group work practice training courses.
