Biography:
Teresa is an independent consultant and co-director of Training Works Scotland. Training Works specialises in qualifications for trainers and managers, we also work with organisations to identify training and development needs and to put in place organisational training and development plans. In addition to her training she also has expertise in evaluation and organisational development and business planning. Teresa is a qualified assessor and verifier and has been involved in designing and delivering a wide range of training programmes with specific expertise of working in the Voluntary Sector. Teresa is currently the chair of Glasgow Mentoring Network.
