Bonnar Associates helps organisations take charge of their future. John Bonnar MBA DipM does this by providing consultancy, training, facilitation and evaluation services in business planning, in contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in managing budgets and in full cost recovery.
He has trained hundreds of people in the charity sector on how to win contracts and SLAs. This is the most important type of income stream from the statutory sector but still an area where charities and social enterprises are constantly challenged.
John has gathered a wealth of knowledge from a wide diversity of agencies sharing their real-life experiences.
