Jo Dowling
Biography:
Jo worked in marketing within the IT and Telecommunications industry for 18 years before making the transition to fundraising in 2004. Working for children’s charity CHILDREN 1ST as Donor Development Manager and then as part of a start up department at Glasgow Caledonian University as Head of Development & Alumni Programmes as well as being on the IoF Scotland Membership and Marketing Committee. In 2010 Jo’s successful customer relationship approach to fundraising was recognised when she won the Institute of Fundraising Scotland, Fundraiser of the Year Award. Jo now works as the Development Director of St Catherine’s School in Surrey.
